FESTIVAL SCHEDULE: MBF6-13-17pdf.pdf

There will be plenty of time to get to know and interact with other metal boaters.  On Friday evening, join us for metal boat tours at the Cap Sante Marina, a barbeque on the docks, and sunset sails around the bay.  Saturday night join us for a catered salmon barbeque and an entertaining slide show on cruising the South Pacific.

Free Moorage is provided at the Cap Sante Marina for metal boats owned by festival participants for the nights of August 10, 11, and 12.   After registering for the Festival, contact our Dockmaster, Lance Ekhart at 360-305-5345 to reserve your moorage.  As moorage space is limited, you will have to register for the Festival prior to arriving in Anacortes.  Giving Lance at least a couple of weeks warning will make his job a lot easier.

A detailed agenda and registration link for the Festival will be available on June 1st.  The Festival Registration Fees for the three day-event are:

  • $95 USD; MBS member full registration for singles, couple, & family
  • $125 USD; non-member full registration for singles, couple, & family (includes one-year membership in the Metal Boat Society)
While the barbeque on the docks is included in the registration fee, there will be a small additional charge for those who would like to enjoy the catered salmon dinner.

This Festival includes a special auction of a 6 ft aluminum dingy built by club members during our last mini-fest.
